Deliciousness Index: ★★★★☆

The nutrients in strawberries are easily digested and absorbed by the body. Eating more won't cause you to catch a cold or get "heaty," making it a healthy food suitable for all ages.

Ingredients: 60g white sugar, 2 teaspoons hot water, 200cc cold water, 13g gelatin powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, 200cc fresh milk, 1 egg yolk, an appropriate amount of strawberries, 200cc water.

Step 1: Take a small pot, add white sugar and hot water, and cook over medium heat (do not stir at this point; wait until the bubbles become large and coarse before gently shaking the pot).

Step 2: When the water in the pot has reduced and slowly turns a caramel color and becomes thick, remove from the heat. Quickly pour into several pudding molds, about 0.5 cm high for each mold, and let it cool.

Step 3: Take another pot, heat 200cc of cold water over low heat. When the water temperature reaches 80°C, add the gelatin powder and stir well.

Step 4: Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the mixture from step 3 and stir well. Then add fresh milk and egg yolk, and stir slightly. Remove from the heat and pour into the pudding molds from step 2.

Step 5: Let it cool to complete the caramel pudding.

Step 6: Wash and cut the strawberries. Place them along with 2 caramel puddings into a blender and blend for about 20 seconds, then pour into a glass. Take another caramel pudding, cut it into small pieces, and place it on top.

Step 7: Plate the finished strawberry pudding juice.
