Ingredients:
Pork lean meat, pork liver, pea shoots, enoki mushrooms.
Seasonings:
Goji berries, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, salt, cooking wine.
Instructions:
1. Slice the pork lean meat and marinate it with a little oil, salt, and cornstarch for later use.
2. After slicing the pork liver, rub it with cornstarch and wash it several times until the strange smell and blood are removed. Then, marinate it with a little oil and salt for later use.
3. Trim the roots of the pea shoots and enoki mushrooms, wash them, and drain well.
4. Wash the goji berries and drain for later use.
5. Heat up a wok with oil, stir-fry the ginger, garlic, pork liver, and pork lean meat until fragrant.
6. Then, add an appropriate amount of water and the goji berries, and bring to a boil.
7. After the water has been boiling for about 3 minutes, add the pea shoots and enoki mushrooms.
8. Once the ingredients are cooked and tender, season with an appropriate amount of salt! Drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil before serving for an even better flavor!
