Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza
Ingredients: 200g high-gluten flour, 2.5g Angel yeast, 60ml water, 10g butter, 100g cheese, 3g salt, 1 green pepper, appropriate amount of cranberries, pineapple, sausage, raisins.
Instructions:
1. Mix high-gluten flour, yeast, salt, water, and half of the butter to knead into a dough. Knead until the dough is fine and elastic. Place it in a warm and moist place to ferment until it doubles in size, which usually takes 60-90 minutes;
2. Gently press the fermented dough to release the air, then let it rest for 10 minutes. Use a rolling pin or your hands to press the dough into the size of a pizza pan, then place the dough in a pizza pan greased with butter;
3. Use a small fork to poke some small holes on the surface of the dough to release air, then let it rise for the final fermentation, generally for 40-60 minutes;
4. Spread a layer of homemade pizza sauce on the crust, then sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese. First, add a layer of ham slices, and finally, sprinkle with fruits;
5. Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese on top;
6. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the baking pan on the upper rack of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Take it out, add another layer of shredded cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes.
