Fish Ball Rice Noodles

Ingredients: 200g rice noodles, 1 sheet of seaweed, 10 fish balls (half fried fish balls and half white fish balls), 1 chicken sausage, 1 tomato, 300g bok choy, 1 can of chicken broth or 10g chicken powder, salt, sesame oil, ginger slices, garlic, and scallions to taste.

Instructions:

1. Put the rice noodles in a pot, bring the water to a boil, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat, do not open the lid, and let the noodles soften. Then rinse with cold water.

2. Cut the fish balls in half, slice the chicken sausage, cut the tomato into 8 pieces, wash the bok choy, and rehydrate and wash the seaweed.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the fish balls and chicken sausage and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the chicken broth, add an appropriate amount of water to bring the soup to a boil. Add the seaweed, tomato, and bok choy and cook until done. Then add the rice noodles. Once all ingredients are boiling, season with sesame oil and scallions and serve.

Cold Cucumber Salad

Ingredients: Cucumber, garlic; Seasonings: Salt, sesame oil, chicken powder. Refreshing and very appetizing. Instructions: Prepare the ingredients. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and gently crush it with the back of a knife. Cut the cucumber into diamond shapes, then salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Mince the garlic and set aside. Add the minced garlic to the cucumber, pour in sesame oil, and add a little chicken powder to mix. It's ready to eat after mixing. Eat more cucumber, it's good for your skin. Tip: Adding a little sugar to cold dishes is even more flavorful than using MSG.

Old Style Fried Noodles with Soybean Paste

Ingredients: 200g wide noodles, 150g ground pork, 20g dried tofu, 20g dried shrimp, 20g cucumber, 10g mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic.

Seasonings: 30g cooking oil, 1 small teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of broad bean paste, 2 tablespoons of sweet bean paste, 1 small teaspoon of sugar.

Instructions

1. Soak the dried shrimp and mushrooms until soft, remove stems from mushrooms and shred them.

2. Wash and mince the dried tofu and garlic. Wash the cucumber and shred it.

3. Pour oil into a wok, heat to 50% hot, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the ground pork, shredded mushrooms, dried shrimp, dried tofu, broad bean paste, and sweet bean paste and stir-fry. Add soy sauce, water, sugar, and sesame oil, then simmer and stir-fry until the flavors are released to make the fried sauce.

4. Cook the noodles until done, remove and place in a bowl. Add the fried sauce and shredded cucumber, mix well and serve.
