The cooking method for romaine lettuce is the same as for lettuce; it can be stir-fried or used in soups, and the cooking time should be short. It has a tender, crisp, and refreshing taste. My family usually likes to stir-fry it with minced garlic to cover its subtle, unique flavor with a rich aroma of garlic. This time, I also added a few goji berries to make the red, green, and white color combination more eye-catching.

11. Stir to mix evenly, then add an appropriate amount of goji berries for garnish.
12. After turning off the heat, add a little fresh chicken stock.
Tips
1. Drain the water from the romaine lettuce before cooking, as it will release its own moisture during the stir-frying process.
2. When stir-frying, add the stems first, then the leaves, to ensure they mature at the same time.
3. Goji berries are mainly for garnish and to add color; you can omit them if you don't like them.
