Ingredients:

Steps

1. First, cut the small pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds, and cut it into triangular pieces. Cut the asparagus, carrot, and peeled Chinese yam into diamond-shaped pieces.

2. Prepare a steamer. Place the pumpkin on a plate and put it in the steamer. Steam for 15 minutes until cooked, then remove.

3. Pour a small pot of water into a wok. When the water boils, add two spoonfuls of salt, then add the Chinese yam and carrot. Blanch until cooked, then remove. Next, add the asparagus and blanch for 20 seconds, then remove.

4. Heat oil in the wok. Add the asparagus, carrot, and Chinese yam. Add half a spoonful of salt, a little sugar, and stir-fry evenly. Pour in a small amount of water, then drizzle in some starch water and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.

5. Finally, drizzle in some sesame oil to enhance the flavor, mix well, and serve on the plate with the pumpkin. Enjoy!
