3 Essential Wellness Tips

Health maintenance follows a set pattern but also requires focus. Throughout the day, the focus in the morning is on "movement," at noon on "rest," and in the evening on "relaxation." Master these three concepts daily, and you won't have to worry about a long and healthy life.

"Movement" should be gentle.

It's not advisable to get up too early; after 6 AM is better, as the temperature and air are more suitable. After waking up, don't rush to get dressed, wash up, and eat breakfast before heading out for a brisk workout. You should first stretch, do some exercises to loosen your muscles and joints, and then open the window for ventilation. After that, drink a large glass of cool or warm water, have a light breakfast, and then start your morning exercise.

"Rest" should be short.

No matter how busy you are at noon, you should take a short break. Generally, a healthy nap should not exceed 30 minutes.

Evening "Relaxation".

The evening is the most leisurely time of the day. It's not a good time to schedule too many strenuous activities; instead, it should be a time to prepare for rest.
