1. Preservation of Meat
Cook the meat thoroughly before freezing, and it can be preserved for over a month with virtually no change in taste. To eat, simply steam it, heat it in the microwave, or boil it in soup.
2. Preservation of Hot Soybean Milk
Divide freshly made soybean milk into portions while it is still hot and then refrigerate. The bacterial count is at its lowest when the soybean milk is hot, so refrigerating it at this stage will ensure the longest possible shelf life.
