Steps for Kung Pao Chicken

Fry the peanuts first. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan (it can cover the peanuts). When the oil cools, pour the peanuts into the oil, and turn the peanuts over low heat to heat them evenly. or directly use the microwave or oven

Dice the chicken, grasp well with wet starch and marinate for a while.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, smooth the diced chicken, turn white and remove.4
Mix seasonings into juice and set aside.5
