Steps for Cauliflower in tomato sauce

Wash the cauliflower and break into small pieces.

Peel and chop tomatoes.

Add water to the pan and bring to a boil, sprinkle with a little salt, add the cauliflower, blanch, and strain the water.

Boil the tomato paste in a hot oil pan and season with salt and sugar.

Pour in the drained cauliflower, stir fry until covered with tomato juice, remove the heat and serve on a plate.
