Steps for Stewed egg with milk

Two eggs. Milk 250ML. Fifteen wolfberry grains.

Sprinkle appropriate amount of sugar under the steaming bowl first. Avoid the eggs from sticking to the bottom of the bowl.

Break in the laying hens. Add the washed rice paste. Add about 25ML of cold boiled water. Pour into a boiling pot and steam for five minutes.

Add milk after five minutes. Cover and continue to steam for five minutes to serve.
