Steps for Braised plain fish

Add appropriate amount of salt to the cleaned plain fish and marinate for a while.

Heat the oil and add the flat fish.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Add onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, a small amount of vinegar and sugar to taste. Add a small amount of water and simmer for a few minutes and serve.

Sprinkle with some minced coriander after taking out of the pan.
