Steps for milk yellow bun

Add 2 tablespoons of milk and 3 tablespoons of custard powder to make a paste. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to boil the remaining milk. Slowly pour the boiled milk into 1 and stir well.

Remove the outermost layer of dragon fruit skin and place it in a crusher and crush it into a paste. Pour the melted fermented dough into the flour in proportion and mix it, then pour in the dragon fruit skin paste (basically no water is needed), knead it into a smooth dough and cover it with a cloth.

Remove the dough (which may be particularly soft due to the addition of peel mud) and divide it into small pieces.4
Press the flat roll and wrap in the cream yellow filling (it smells like a teacher showing off in front of an expert).5
Put on the pan and steam for 15 minutes.
