The bread I made last time was quite successful, and now I'm trying another kind of bread. Let's all try it out

Steps for hot dog bun

Mix all ingredients in the bread ingredients except vegetable oil and yeast, and place them in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

Remove the flour and add the yeast, then start kneading the dough until smooth.

Then add vegetable oil.

Knead until expanded.

Place the dough in a basin and cover it with plastic wrap for basic fermentation.

Fermentation to double size.

Drain the dough, divide it into 6 portions, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Roll it into an oval shape, place 1/2 of the hot dog, and roll it into an olive shape with pointed ends and a bulging middle. Brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid, use a knife to make three strokes on the surface (forgot to pat), and ferment for 30 minutes.

Pour into middle layer of oven at 185 degrees for 20 minutes.
