stir-fried cabbage with carrot

Steps for stir-fried cabbage with carrot

Separate the stems and leaves of Chinese cabbage and cut them into thin strips. Because the meat of the stems is thick and difficult to taste, marinate with salt for 5 minutes first.

Shred carrots.

When starting the pan, saute the onions (white parts) in oil, stir-fry the pickled stems of Chinese cabbage first (dry the water), then the carrots, and then the Chinese cabbage leaves. Stir fry for 3 minutes, add seasoning. Finally, add the onions (green part), cover for 1-2 minutes, and soak in the onion aroma. --- I learned this trick here ^^Loading plates.

PS: Let the carrots fully absorb oil. Only the VA in carrots that have been inhaled into oil can be easily absorbed by the body. I learned this here too!
