This is a fast-handed dish. When I saw the tempting red carrot in the market, I immediately bought a large bag to go home to make kimchi. I left it for one night and cut it into shredded and stir-fried meat. The shredded pork is a very common dish, but I still rarely eat red carrot stir-fried, but looking at the color it makes people salivate.
