Pineapple ribs
Speaking of this dish, I was inspired by seeing someone else's braised pork ribs cooked in pineapple (the pineapple is hollowed out). Anyway, it doesn't matter if you eat it yourself
Steps for Pineapple ribs

Boil water, add ginger, and burn the ribs.2
Remove the pork ribs, remove the dregs and water, reuse them, pour them into a pressure cooker, and bring to a boil. (The degree of tenderness depends on your preference)3
Remove the pan, add oil, stir fry the ribs, add pineapple (cut pineapple into small pieces), and stir fry. Add cooking wine and simmer with some water for a few minutes.
