Steps for braised pork ribs

1
Wash the ribs first and quickly remove the blood in a boiling water pot.
2
Remove the ribs from the blood and soak them in cold water for a while.
3
Put the seasonings other than white sugar into a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water or old marinade, add the ribs, electrify, and braise the pork.
4
Pick up the stewed ribs for later use.
5
Open fire, pour in a small amount of cooking oil, add two tablespoons of white sugar, and slowly fry the sugar color over low heat.
6
Use a shovel to stir constantly until the sugar melts and stir-fry until it turns into a beautiful golden color.
7
When frying until golden brown, quickly pour in the ribs and stir fry until each rib is hung with beautiful golden juice, add the stewed soup just now, cover and cook for about 10 minutes;(Remember to strain off the seasoning! Because the stir-frying step needs to be carried out quickly, I couldn't take photos. Sorry!).
8
After about 10 minutes, collect the juice and turn off the heat.
9
The finished product picture is very fragrant! My husband ate most of the pot at one time, haha!!
