Steps for stir-fried tomatoes with zucchini

Peel and slice the zucchini, cut the tomatoes into slices; chop the green onions, and slice the garlic.

Open fire, pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat to 80%, and add the onions and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.

After stir-frying the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the zucchini and continue to stir.

Stir fry until the zucchini is soft and when the water starts to come out, add tomatoes, add appropriate amount of salt, season with chicken essence and pepper powder, and serve.
