There are probably not many hand-rolled noodles sold outside. Most of them are pressed by machines. They are said to be egg noodles and have no idea how many eggs they contain. So you have to make the authentic hand-rolled egg noodles yourself.

My son doesn't like to eat eggs. He picks out the egg noodles every time, that is, the eggs put in the noodles. This time, hehe, he doesn't even know if he eats them.
