Steps for buttered buns

1
Gentle all ingredients in A except the vegetable oil into a smooth dough. (Note: Butter needs to be melted in water.) Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment until twice as large.
2
Divide the fermented dough into 12 small dough pieces, roll out the long oval cakes, and roll them into rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and wake for 15 minutes.
3
Cut each small roll from the middle, dip the section with water, and then dip the mixed B material. Lay oil paper on the baking plate and evenly brush the oil paper with a layer of vegetable oil. Cut the rolls down and place them on a baking sheet. Pay attention to leaving gaps between each other.
4
Cover with plastic wrap, place in a warm place, and wait.
5
The secondary fermentation is almost like this. The little rolls are all close together, much bigger than before, hehe.
6
Brush the egg yolk evenly and place it in the preheated middle layer of the oven.
7
Bake at about 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
8
The aroma comes out of the oven!
9
Soft internal organization!!
