Fresh vegetables and meat buns

This meat was originally prepared for stir-fried dinner, but it happened that a friend had an appointment to go to a restaurant. While I still had free time, I quickly made lunch for my son (fresh meat buns). I wanted to have more ingredients, but I was too lazy to go to the market, so I'll make do with it. Add a little cabbage. The ingredients are simple, but the taste is quite fresh.

Put the flour first. Mix sugar and carrot with warm water and place in a warm place to wake up twice.

Prepare fresh meat and Chinese cabbage. Put the Chinese cabbage in water and cut it into shreds first. Because Chinese cabbage has more water, I pinched the Chinese cabbage to dry the water and put it into the meat.

Divide the dough and prepare to make buns.
