Stewed beef ribs

Stewed beef ribs
Today, a new member has been added to my kitchen, which is a Supor electric pressure cooker. Don't rush to show off the cooker first, hehe. Now I will be extremely excited and can't wait to show you my new work completed with it, which is stewed beef ribs.
Using a pressure cooker is actually very simple, because this is the first time I have ever made beef ribs in my life. No matter how much confusion I experienced in the process, the result was gratifying and received praise from my husband and self-affirmation. I hope everyone can like it too, and just have an inclusive attitude and don't slap bricks.

Steps for Stewed beef ribs

  • Make step 0
    1
Chop the beef ribs into small pieces. I bought the beef ribs in the supermarket. Because the sales aunt was in a bad mood, she cut them large and small, and there was no suitable furniture at home. As a result, some of them were big and small. Fortunately, there was no big impact in the end. (Only half of the picture is shown, but the other half is taking a hot bath in the pot!) Cut tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots into slices for later use (I forgot to take a photo of this one, hehe).

Control the water in the washed beef ribs, drain off the foam and blood, remove and drain the water for later use.

Put the stew seasoning into a seasoning box, wash the dried peppers, cut half of the onion into slices, and slice the ginger into slices. Take a bowl and pour appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce, add a small amount of sugar and appropriate amount of star anise powder (I have used up the entire star anise at home, so I added star anise powder. It's best to put the whole in the seasoning box).
  • Make step 3
    4
Boil a bowl of water in the pan, add the beef ribs, seasoning box, and dried peppers that have flown through the water, pour in the 3 ingredients of sauce, add appropriate amount of salt, cook for a while, and turn off the heat.

    5
Remove the ribs from the pan into an electric pressure cooker and spread them with onions and tomatoes. Set according to the operation of the electric pressure cooker.

Half an hour later, the fragrant beef ribs are ready. Then add sweet potato pieces and carrot pieces to stew until the taste is just right, stir well, and you can be taken out of the pot and placed on plates.
