This dish (also a dessert) is popular during Thanksgiving and Christmas. The English name is "SweetPotatoCasserole", which literally translates as "Sweet Potato Casserole". I named it "Snow Sweet Potato Mashed" to highlight its festival and eat it warmly in the cold winter.

Marshmallow surfaces burn very easily, so when you check the oven, as soon as the surface turns just a little bit yellow, you can turn off the oven. This was my first time making this; the pictures of the finished product and Step 4 show the results after I burned the large marshmallows I bought, picked them out to throw away, and then redid it with the small marshmallows my mother-in-law bought! Everyone can surely tell that the heat control was still a bit overdone.
