Steps for Chinese cucumber salad
1
After washing the cucumbers, place them in parallel between two chopsticks. The chopsticks hold the cucumber on both sides, and use a knife to slice the cucumber lengthwise. This will ensure that the cucumbers are connected where they are attached to the cutting board, and then place the cucumbers in a circular manner on the plate.2
Prepare a seasoning bowl, place onions, ginger and garlic minced, dry red peppers, and soy sauce in it. Put the oil in the frying pan and cook until 70%. Pour the oil into the seasoning bowl. After the fragrance overflows, add white sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, and monosodium glutamate. Mix well.3
When the seasoning has cooled, sprinkle it evenly on the stocked cucumbers. Pick out the dried peppers before serving, marinate for 20 minutes and serve them best.
