Steps for spinach pie

Wash the spinach, cut it into sections and place it in a bowl.

Pour in appropriate amount of flour, sprinkle with salt, monosodium glutamate, and a small amount of pepper powder.

Add appropriate amount of water and mix well. It is best to add water a little, but it doesn't matter. Add flour when there is too much water, and add water when there is too much flour. Hehe!

Heat the frying pan and add the mixed spinach when the oil is hot. Our pot is not big, but I poured it all in at once to save trouble. It looked a little thick. Fry for about a minute and until the bottom is formed, turn over and press evenly with a spatula.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, and serve. Put more oil, lower the heat, or make it easier to burn the pan.
