Chicken is a very nutritious and low-fat poultry meat and a good source of protein. So I always have a few chicken legs in my refrigerator. Hehe ~ Just take them out and cook them when you want to eat them. It's very convenient. I like grilled chicken legs and spicy fried chicken nuggets.
