1
Raw ingredients: 1 pound of lean meat filling, a little fat meat filling, a little (but not added) black pepper grains in beef filling, sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, light soy sauce, honey, rice wine.
2
Mix the meat paste together, chop it again, and chop it carefully.
3
Mix black pepper and sesame seeds together and break. Mix it with other seasonings.
4
Mix the meat filling and seasoning, beat in one direction, and work hard.
5
Take one of the small groups.
6
Lay oil paper on the bottom, place the meat ball on it, add plastic wrap to the surface, and roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin, the thinner the better.
7
Bake in the oven, brush the surface with honey, take out of the oven after 5 minutes, remove the oil paper, brush the back with honey, and bake for another 5 minutes.

1. The dried pork slices must be thin to resemble store-bought ones, thin and dry. This way, a little over a pound of pork filling made quite a few slices—about the size of a home baking tray—and yielded about 10 slices... truly a huge yield.
2. You can preheat the oven to 180°C first, then lower it to 160°C. This isn't really a strict rule.
3. The baking time depends on the thickness of the slices. I calculated that I could bake 6 slices in an hour, averaging 10 minutes per slice. You just need to keep an eye on it; when the first side is almost done, brush it with honey, take it out, and continue with the next one. Once all 6 slices are done, brush the other sides with another layer of honey and return them to the oven; baking the second side for 2-3 minutes is fine.
