    1. The dried pork slices must be thin to resemble store-bought ones, thin and dry. This way, a little over a pound of pork filling made quite a few slices—about the size of a home baking tray—and yielded about 10 slices... truly a huge yield. 2. You can preheat the oven to 180°C first, then lower it to 160°C. This isn't really a strict rule. 3. The baking time depends on the thickness of the slices. I calculated that I could bake 6 slices in an hour, averaging 10 minutes per slice. You just need to keep an eye on it; when the first side is almost done, brush it with honey, take it out, and continue with the next one. Once all 6 slices are done, brush the other sides with another layer of honey and return them to the oven; baking the second side for 2-3 minutes is fine.
