Steps for Jingua handmade noodle soup

Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake for ten minutes. My amount is just right, no need to add water.

Wash a few spinach branches, cut lean pork into small pieces, add sweet potato flour, a little salt and soy sauce to season, beat up the eggs, and make five dried razor clams.
