Grape puffeur
By EnidZiemann
Since I bought the oven, I have been trying all kinds of cakes and biscuits. This is a success. During the baking process, the strong milk aroma fills the entire room. I am so looking forward to it. The taste makes my family praise it. What a sense of accomplishment.

Steps for Grape puffeur

1
Put the butter into a small bowl, add water to the induction cooker pan and bring it to a boil. Slowly soften the butter into a liquid.
2
Add white sugar and milk powder to the butter and stir well.
3
Add egg yolk liquid in portions, stir well, and add next time.
4
Stir evenly.
5
Sift through the sieve and pour in the liquid in the picture above, and mix the liquid and flour well by hand.
6
Pour in the raisins. I don't have rum, so I just use warm water. Stir well and knead into dough.
7
Roll out the dough into dough sheets 1- 2 cm thick.
8
Cut it into equal parts of small squares. I cut it irregularly, and I want it as I please. Place on a baking sheet and lay oil paper on the bottom of the pan.
9
Finally, brush the egg liquid, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, heat the middle layer, and for 15 minutes, the fragrant and delicious creamy grape biscuits are baked.
