    Blanch the raw beef bones in boiling water with ginger slices for 5 minutes, pick up and set aside.

    Put all the ingredients into the soup pot, add the right amount of water, and drop a few drops of vinegar to promote the decomposition of calcium in the bones. (In order to completely eliminate the mutton smell in the beef bones, add a small piece of ginger to stew and remove it before seasoning. This is my personal trick, ha ha) After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat for 2 hours, add salt to season.
