Steps for Braised pork with soy sauce

Wash and drain the meat, beat it a few times with the back of the knife, and use the oblique back of the knife to cross it to create a few lines, so that it will be easy to taste.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce and a little salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
