Garlic oil and wheat vegetables
While usually pairing meat dishes, I like to stir-fry a garlic, oil and wheat dish. The green color and crispy taste bring refreshing and nutritious to the sight and taste. Oil wheat vegetable has the effects of lowering cholesterol, treating neurasthenia, clearing dryness and moistening the lungs, resolving phlegm and relieving cough. It is a low-calorie, high-nutrient vegetable. While eating big fish and meat, you must reasonably mix it with one or two light and delicious vegetarian dishes, so that you can eat healthier!

Steps for Garlic oil and wheat vegetables

Choose to wash the oil and wheat vegetables.

Cut it into seven or eight centimeters long sections.
