I want to eat fried rice when the weather gets cold. I think it may be the reason why the fried rice has high calories?! Recently, my husband usually has something to do the next day, so he notified him the day before that he would not go home for dinner tomorrow night, so I would cook for an extra day in advance and eat leftovers the next day. Hehe. It sounds very pitiful, but fortunately I like it too. I am not pitiful. My egg, vegetable and cured rice is nutritious and delicious, and I eat it quite beautifully.
