Steps for Dry roasted cabbage

Wash and cut the cabbage (just don't cut it into thin threads, it'll be better if it's large pieces), peel the garlic, slice the ginger, prepare for the dried peppers, and wash it.

Heat the pan and add the oil (pour more cabbage to absorb oil) First throw in the ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add the chopped cabbage and stir fry.
