Steps for Chocolate Oatmeal Energy Ball

1
Cut the chocolate and butter into small pieces.
2
Remove the water from the water and stir well.
3
Mix BakingSoda, flour and oatmeal well, pour into a bowl of chocolate butter (if it is not big enough, open a separate bowl), add fine sugar and milk powder, and stir well.
4
First pour 10 grams of egg liquid, stir evenly, and try grasping with your hands to see if you can form a ball. If it is too dry, add a little more egg liquid accordingly, based on the fact that you can form a ball. Don't add too much egg liquid. This will make it harder to bake.
5
Hold the small ball tightly as much as possible with your hands and do not let it spread. A small ball of about 20 grams should be weighed (if you don't weigh it, you can measure it by your eyes or use a small container). If you are afraid it is not round enough, use the big end of a scoop to help press and shape it, so that the small ball will be more round.
6
Place the shaped balls on a baking sheet and arrange them.
