Steps for Shanzhai style roasted pork mapo tofu

1
Prepare ingredients.
2
Blanch the tofu with water. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil to the water when blanching, so that the inside of the tofu is more stable and not easy to break.
3
Saute the roasted pork grains until fragrant, and remove for later use.
4
Remove the pan and heat the oil, add minced ginger, minced garlic, pepper powder, chili powder, shredded garlic leaves, onions, and bean paste, and saute until fragrant.
5
Add tofu, add appropriate amount of sugar and pepper noodles, add 2-3 tablespoons of stock or water, and gently take it a few times.
6
Pour in the roasted pork slices, stir evenly, then add in the sauce, and gently stir until the sauce becomes transparent and foaming, which means that it is cooked. Spray with a little cooking wine, add half a teaspoon of sesame oil as tail oil, and serve on a plate with a few times. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
