Steps for scallion cake

1
Add some black pepper to 3 cups of flour and mix well.
2
Add water to the flour. If boiling water is used, stir the flour with chopsticks, and then knead it with your hands. It's a little hot, be careful!! Cold water can be rubbed directly with your hands.
3
Knead into non-stick dough, cover with cloth and wake for 30-40 minutes. If you use boiling water, it's best to wait for the dough to cool. Otherwise, the dough that is a little sticky will be placed on a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour, and kneaded into long strips and divided into several equal parts. I got five shares.
4
Take a portion and flatten it by hand, and roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin (my craftsmanship is poor and not round enough). If it sticks during rolling, you can sprinkle some flour, brush it with a layer of oil, and sprinkle it with salt. You have to control the amount of salt by yourself, and no matter how much it is delicious. I use the salt shaker at home to sprinkle it two layers at a time and it's almost enough.
5
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, then slowly roll from one side.
6
Roll it into a long strip and roll it from one end to the other.
7
Roll it into this shape, I won't say what it looks like.
8
Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape. It is still a technical problem and it feels a little torn.
9
Put oil in a non-stick pan and heat it up, add the prepared dough cake, turn over both sides to add some oil.
10
Turn on medium heat, cover, and simmer on each side for a few minutes until both sides are golden brown.
