Steps for Carrot eggs

Shred carrots, the thinner the better, and chopped green onions.

Add eggs, onions, carrots, pepper and salt to flour.

Add water to make a paste.

Reduce the heat to a minimum and add a small amount of oil.

Spoon 2 teaspoons of batter in and shake it around the pan.

Turn when the sides are slightly yellow, and fry until ripe.
