Copper coin cucumber

It was my own idea, so I named this dish, copper coin cucumber. Why is it called this name? Because you can see that the shape of the cucumber after I processed it is like ancient money. Cut the crap and get straight to the point.

Steps for Copper coin cucumber

Boil the carrots with water,(I didn't make the carrots too rotten, it's more nutritious to boil the garlic and eggs in water) and then cut the carrots into grains.

Mix the chopped meat paste, carrot kernels, eggs, onions, ginger, garlic, salt, five-spice powder, seafood soy sauce (a small amount), and rice vinegar (a small amount) well.

Process the cucumber into the shape shown in the picture.

Stuff the meat filling into the cucumber.

The last step is to put the big money on a plate, grease it and place it in the microwave, over high heat, for 3 minutes. (I wanted to fry it in oil, but I was worried that the meat paste wouldn't be cooked, so I used a microwave oven. The dishes made this way were healthier.)
