Steps for Orange cake

The egg yolk is separated from the egg white. Add 30 grams of melted butter, 65ml of milk, and 15g of sugar to the egg yolk.2
Add in sifted flour, cornstarch and custard powder and mix gently to form batter. Do not over-stir.3
Add 70 grams of sugar to the egg white in three times and beat until the egg beater is lifted and the egg white can be pulled out of short upright corners.4
Pour 1/3 of the egg white into 3, stir well, then pour all the batter into the egg white bowl, stir well. When mixing well, be careful not to stir in circles to avoid the egg white foaming.5
After mixing well, pour into an oiled mold, decorate the surface with almond slices, and place them in a preheated oven to bake.
