Steps for Spicy duck blood

Ingredients: appropriate amount of duck blood, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, fresh pepper seasoning: appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, chili oil, pepper powder, and soy sauce.

Wash the duck blood and cut into square dices.
