Some time ago, because everyone had a cold, my family hadn't bought fish for a long time. In fact, I'm not a particularly fond of eating fish because I was too afraid that when handling fish, it would be too fishy, especially marine fish. That fishy... scared.
But now for the sake of the baby, there is no choice. I have to listen to the doctor's advice and eat more fish.

    Clean the hairtail, dry it with water and marinate with a small amount of salt and white wine for 10 minutes.

    Shred ginger and orange peel.

    Shred the green onions, and cut the garlic into minced.

    Lay the shredded orange peel on a plate, place the marinated hairtail and sprinkle with shredded ginger.

    Bring the water in the pan to a boil, steam the fish for 8 minutes and turn off the heat. By then, the fish is already cooked. Sprinkle with shredded green onions and drizzle with soy sauce.

    Put the garlic and oil in the pan, bring to a boil, and finally pour the hot oil on the steamed fish.
