Steps for Korean ginseng chicken soup

Clean the onions and cut them into strips. (16g)Put astragalus and water in the pot and cook for about 20 minutes on high heat. When boiling, turn to medium heat and cook for about 40 minutes. Filter with a sieve to make astragalus water (2.6kg).

After putting glutinous rice, water ginseng, garlic, and red dates into the chicken's stomach, tie the two chicken legs across each other to prevent leakage of the materials.

Pour the chicken and astragalus water into the pot, cook over high heat for about 20 minutes, turn to medium heat when boiling, and continue to cook for about 50 minutes until the soup color turns milky white.
