Steps for soft-boiled egg

Wash the egg shell with clean water.2
Gently knock the egg on the table in the direction of the big head to make a slight dent (it will be easy to peel after cooking).3
Take a small pot filled with water and boil it over high heat, turn to medium to medium heat, pour in 1 teaspoon of salt, gently put the eggs into the boiling water, and cover the lid.4
After 6 minutes, put the filter containing the eggs into cold water.5
Dry the completely cooled egg shell and gently knock until the egg body is covered with fine lines.6
Take a small pot, pour rock sugar, salt, and water into the pot in turn. After boiling over medium heat, turn to low heat and cook for three minutes, turn off the heat, and naturally cool the cooked rock sugar plum juice.7
Pour the rose wine into the rock sugar juice and stir well; put the fine-grained eggs into the rose rock sugar juice, cover, and place them in the refrigerator for at least one night.8
After removing the shell, use a thin thread to cut open the egg and serve it.
