Qianjinzi salmon

Qianjinzi salmon
Use pickles (like the kind you bite into in a McDonald's burger), pickle gold and dill, add vegetable soup and cooking cream to make sauce

IKEA's salmon has always been of good quality and good price. Use only salt and pepper, fry brown on both sides, and place in the oven for 10 minutes

On the far left is pickled gold seed, in the middle is low-calorie cooking cream with only 7% fat content, and on the far right is dill. I use dried dill, and it's better to use fresh ones.
  • Make step 4
    5
Add the vegetable soup (or water) and cooking cream, simmer over medium heat until the juice is halfway, add appropriate amount of dill and a little sugar, and the juice is complete. Remove the salmon from the oven and place it on a plate, pour the juice on it. I also fried some mushrooms, which go well together. The pasta with the big T and the mashed potatoes I served are both very good.
  • Qianjinzi salmon Make Tips

    1. You can use water instead of vegetable stock, or the powder sold at supermarkets works fine too. The taste will be a little better. 2. You can also buy salmon with the skin on. Score the skin side a few times with a knife, and it will look very nice when pan-fried. 3. Qianjinzi is "caper" in English, also known as "Xusuizi" in Chinese. I don't know if it's available in domestic supermarkets.
