Cleaning, decorating (no skin is better, see small skills) and drying。

Put it on the melon

Go to the oven (with no regard for corn) and roast for 30 minutes。

Do not peel the sweet potatoes; use the back of the knife to scrape off the red surface to make them look cleaner, though the skin actually remains. This way, when roasted, they will be crispier on the outside and tender on the inside. If the skin is removed, while some may still turn out crispy outside and tender inside, others will end up with a texture similar to dried sweet potatoes.
