Why is it called "Jade Girl Ribs"? Hehe, actually there is a small interlude. I have tried and enjoyed this dish many times. It is one of my few specialties. Last year, the company's anniversary party was held in the club. There was a department review and outlook meeting before noon. There were not many people, so I specially made this dish in the morning and brought it over. At noon, I asked the club staff to help me use microwave to taste it, and then asked my colleagues to taste it. They all praised it as good and thoughtful. Some colleagues joked that the name of this dish was "Jade Girl Ribs"~~~
This time I participated in the recipe change gift. This was the first time I participated.
