stir-fried mushroom
Since I came to [Gourmet], I have become accustomed to taking pictures every day while cooking and then writing a diary. This is not only a pleasure, but also a record of my daily life. Steps for stir-fried mushroom

Flammulina velutipes cut off old roots, clean and cut into sections, green pepper removed stems, clean and cut into shreds.
