Cut carrots into small pieces and set aside.

Cut green onions into small pieces and set aside.

Soak broccoli and cauliflower in salt water and wash them, then blanch them with boiling water.

Heat oil in pan, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Then add the blanched broccoli and cauliflower and stir fry for one minute.

Add corn kernels and stir fry for a while.
